Very true.

There was this occasion when Google was just starting. They thought they had a cool simple home page, and were quite happy with it. And then, someone did a test with some "naive" users - and found that they were waiting, and doing nothing.
When someone checked with them, almost everyone was waiting for the page to load - they did not realize that the page has been fully loaded already! Reason: there was nothing showing them the end of the page.
So, finally, someone realized that adding a copyright notice at the bottom (obvious, isn't it? But they did not think of it!) will solve the problem :-)
