Recently I decided to make a concerted effort in booking air travel with two airlines, American Airlines and Delta. When I updated my American Airlines profile I opted into receiving flight notifications on my iPhone. Upon landing from my last trip, American Airlines called me to let me know my baggage claim terminal was NULL. Someone was smart enough to select a text to speech engine that spells out important information … N as in November, U as in Uniform, L as in Lima, L as in Lima … but failed to program in a check for null.
